Directories
Directories are a type of search engine where listings are gathered through human efforts, rather than by automated crawling of the Web. An example of a directory is DMOZ. In directories, Web sites are often reviewed, summarized in about 25 words and placed in a particular category. Example: Open Directory Project/ DMOZ.org
Domain Registration Length Check
The SubmitWizard Search Engine Optimization Tool will report on the search engine friendliness of your domain's registration length. A domain registered for a longer time is considered more serious and permanent and may be ranked better than one that expires soon. We recommend a registration length of 5 years or more for your domain name.
